VRC POP does not track individual VRChat users. We collect only aggregate statistics about groups and instances. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or sell any data.

VRC POP ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
This policy covers two types of data:
- VRChat Data - Aggregate statistics about VRChat groups and instances
- Website Visitor Data - Information collected when you visit our website
2. VRChat Data We Collect
We collect aggregate statistics about VRChat groups through VRCX, an open-source third-party application. This data is not personal information.

3. Website Visitor Data
When you visit our website, we collect minimal data:

- Lucide Icons - For icons (CDN, no cookies)
- Chart.js - For charts (CDN, no cookies)
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking services.
6. Data Retention
- VRChat Statistics - Retained for up to one year for historical analysis
- Contact Form Submissions - Retained until the inquiry is resolved
- Server Logs - Automatically deleted after 30 days
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Right to Access - Request information about data we hold
- Right to Deletion - Request removal of your data
- Right to Correction - Request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to Object - Object to certain data processing
Since we do not collect personal information about VRChat users, these rights primarily apply to group owners requesting removal of their group's data or website visitors who have submitted contact forms.
8. Data Removal Requests
For Group Owners: If you own a VRChat group and would like it removed from VRC POP, please submit a removal request through our contact form. We will verify ownership and process your request within 30 days.
For Website Visitors: If you have submitted information through our contact form and wish to have it deleted, please contact us.
9. Children's Privacy
VRC POP is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
